A guest room and stay

The check-in time is from 15:30 PM. The check-out time is until 11:00 AM.

Wired Telephone, Wireless LAN, Electric kettle pot, Tea set,
Refrigerator, Dryer, Humidifier (Available around November to March), Air conditioner, Toilet with
washlet, Shower gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, tooth brush set,
razors, shower cap, comb, brush, bath towel, Yukata slippers, etc. are
available.
In order for you to enjoy your extraordinary day at Jinya, television is
not installed in the room. If you need a television, please contact the
front desk.

Yes, you can. The following credit card company can be used at our
ryokan.

We do have a wheelchair available.
Depending on the accommodation facilities, the content of the barrierfree
facilities and service range that can be handled are varies.

Starting from 17:30 until 20:00 (last order).

About food allergies, Every effort is made to accommodate our guests
with food allergies so that they can enjoy meals safely and with peace of
mind.

Yes, we have 2 choices to offer which are ʻOkosama Zenʼ 2500 yen
and ʻOkosama Kaisekiʼ 4000 yen (tax excluded).

Hot spring

Both of our hot spring baths can be used from the check-in time until 10 AM. next day. ( Please note that we will commence cleaning service from 10 am. to 11:30 am. )

For customer who having lunch or dinner with us, the price for one
day onsen is 1400 yen (tax excluded).

Regarding pregnant women and infants, please consult with your
doctor whether there is no problem bathing in the hot spring.

Facility

Guests of the hotel can use the electric car charger installed in the
parking lot for free. Please talk to the front desk when using it.
It takes about 8 hours to fully charge the battery.
Tesla's car can also be charged.

Wifi is available throughout the hotel.

We do not allowed outside food inside the hotel.

Access

Because our hotel is only 4 minutes away on foot from the nearest
station, we do not offer shuttle service.

Yes, our parking area can accept up to 50 cars and it is free of charge
for our guests.
