This is for customers who have made reservations for Kiri kaiseki and various types of bento boxes. The menu may vary depending on the age of the guest.

He acquired the 25-year ascetic practices in the famous restaurant and experience in Aoyama and took office as Exective chef de cuisine of Jinya from 2014. His dish selects carefully in material and investigates the dish which adopted new sensitivity while being based on a tradition.
