Enjoy our traditional cuisine while looking out on the beautiful Japanese garden. Our cooking uses fresh spring water that flows up from the garden, enhancing the taste of the locally-sourced ingredients in the process. If you have any dislikes for certain foods, please let us know in advance and we will make special arrangements with the cooking ingredients. Please don't hesitate to let us know your preferences.

He acquired the 25-year ascetic practices in the famous restaurant and experience in Aoyama and took office as Exective chef de cuisine of Jinya from 2014. His dish selects carefully in material and investigates the dish which adopted new sensitivity while being based on a tradition.
